Back to detail – this time, for haiku writing, which is a great way to pass the time and focus your mind.
Haiku are all about observation – becoming so calm and still that the importance of tiny, seemingly-insignificant details in your surroundings becomes apparent to you.
You can Google sooner great examples of haiku to get inspiration – but remember, most of these took a very long time to write!
You can also mess with the structure of the traditional haiku (5 syllables in the first line; 7 in the second, and 5 in the third – that’s it!) to write little joke poems or riddles that people have to guess the answers to. Good luck!
